STAGE CEMENTER PLUG SYSTEM
MSC-A型和HSC-A型雙級(jí)注水泥器附件包括：撓性塞、重力型打開塞(簡(jiǎn)稱重力塞)、關(guān)閉塞、碰壓座、頂替型打開塞(簡(jiǎn)稱頂替塞)。這些零件由膠塞及鋁合金材料制成，均具有良好的可鉆性。
The accessories of MSC/HSC Stage Cementer include a first-stage plug, free-fall opening plug, closing plug, shut-off baffle and pumping-down opening plug. Being made of rubber or aluminum, these parts are drillable.
1、碰壓座用于撓性塞碰壓，一般放置于浮箍以上的一根套管接箍中。
2、撓性塞用于隔離水泥漿和鉆井液，第一級(jí)替量到位后，形成碰壓。
3、重力塞為流線形，內(nèi)部裝有鉛，投塞后快速自由下落至下滑套上并形成密封。憋壓后打開循環(huán)孔。

4、關(guān)閉塞用于隔離第二級(jí)水泥漿鉆井液，當(dāng)其運(yùn)行至上滑套位置時(shí)形成密封。繼續(xù)加壓，關(guān)閉套下行，循環(huán)孔關(guān)閉。
5、頂替型打開塞用于連續(xù)式雙級(jí)注水泥作業(yè)，也適用與在斜井中使用。它可直接打開循環(huán)孔，而不像重力塞那樣需要較長等待下落時(shí)間。
1. The shut-off baffle is installed in the casing collar, one joint above the float collar.

The first-stage plug is used to isolate the first-stage cement and drilling fluid. On the end of displacement，the first-stage plug lands and effects a seal against the shut-off baffle.
3. Featuring streamline shape and filled with lead, the free-fall opening plug can quickly free-fall to the lower sliding sleeve. When pressure is applied to the casing, it can open the circulation ports.
4. The closing plug is used to isolate the second-stage cement and drilling fluid. When running to the upper sliding sleeve, it effect a seal in the stage cementer. Pressure is applied to the casing and the circulation ports are closed.
5. The pump-down opening plug is used for continuous cementing operation and in deviated wells. It can open the circulation ports directly and quickly, whereas the free-fall opening plug needs longer time waiting for falling.
